Process
Booking your rentals with Magnolia Grove is a seamless and stress-free process. We can't wait to be a part of your event!

Browse
Start by browsing our collections to find the perfect pieces for your event. If there is something that you have in mind, but are not seeing it let us know. We are constantly adding items to our inventory and what you are searching for may not have made it onto our list quite yet.

Inquire
Once you have found the items that catch your eye, submit an inquiry by visiting the Contact page or emailing us at mgroveevents@gmail.com. Please be sure to include the type of event you're having, date, location and guest count.

Quote & Contract
After your inquiry is received, we will send over a quote and our rental contract. A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to hold your items and date.

Finalize your Event
Changes to rental items are welcomed up to 30 days prior to your event date based on availability. Final guest count and selections are due 30 days out. Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event.
